The Braves defeated the Lady Chargers of Alabama-Huntsville 3-1, behind the goals of Maz Sweeney, Alex Udin, Shizuka Tsuchiya. Tsuchiya got the scoring started 26 minutes into the game, with her fifth goal of the season. Alabama-Huntsville’s Lindsey Schemenaur tied the game six minutes later with the Lady Chargers lone goal of the day. Seven minutes into the second half West Georgia’s Sweeney scored what led to be the winning goal, also her fifth of the season. The Braves added their third goal on a penalty kick by Udin. Braves goalie, Lauren Camp, had a good day in goal stopping six of the Lady Chargers seven shots. The Braves head into #20 Lincoln-Memorial with second place in the conference in sight.
