Winning trend continues in Livingston

Livingston, AL – November 1, 2005 – The West Georgia Braves began the month of November with a bang, taking down West Alabama for the second time this season with a 3-1 victory (30-26, 25-30, 30-28, 30-28).

Carolin Schoeneck led the attack for the Braves with 26 kills on the night. It was the second-highest total in a match for the sophomore this season. Two other UWG players broke into double-figures on the evening, with Stephanie Singleton adding on to her school record with 17 and Siha Collins collecting 11 kills.

The win assures West Georgia of a second-straight above-.500 season in the Gulf South Conference East division. The Braves finish up the 2005 season Thursday night at home against Alabama-Huntsville.
